Oracle Data Visualization is a BI tool that can provide insights into large data sets at a glance. Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (DRM) is a master data tool for authoring and distributing master data segments to subscribing systems throughout the enterprise. In this session Gary Crisci, GE Principal Architect and Oracle Ace Director, will present a novel way to explore and study an Enterprise master data set using Oracle DVD. The session will explore how to connect to a database storing DRM master data, how to use data flows to stage the data for DVD, and how to utilize various visualization types to glean insights from the master data to help better administer master data and improve the use of master data sets by down-stream systems.
