(HOL) Introduction to Property Graphs in Oracle Databases
Starting with 12c Release 2, Oracle Databaseincludes property graphs - a powerful feature that goes beyond relational, to analyze relationships in big data, such as finding the most influential people in a social network, or discovering patterns of fraud within financial transaction data. But how do you get started using property graphs? This step-by-step lab will show you exactly how to create, load and use property graphs in Oracle Database. We will cover how to create a property graph using Java or PL/SQL, how to load data into a property graph from existing database tables, how to create an in-memory instance of a property graph, how to run algorithms such as page rank against a property graph, how to use PGQL (a SQL-like language for property graphs) to query a graph and ways to visualize graph data. To complete the hands on lab, please bring your own laptop with VNC Viewer installed (https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/download/viewer/) for accessing the lab virtual machines.

(HOL) Introduction to Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse
The Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse hands-on lab is an introduction to the Autonomous Data Warehouse Cloud Service - giving  you a basic understanding of how it vastly simplifies management of data and development of applications that access large volumes of data.  You will create an ADW instance and access billions of rows of data in seconds without needing to tune the data model or design in performance.  Time permitting you will then use ADWC's Machine Learning to predict customer credit behavior by automatically sifting through detailed customer credit application data for tens of thousands of customers to discover patterns that help avoid credit loss.

Modern Machine Learning with OAC and ADWC
Oracle has placed a major emphasis on Machine Learning, AI, and predictive analytics. AI is built in to OAC and most other Oracle cloud products, but do you know how to leverage it? We’ll contrast building machine learning models in data flows in OAC with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse Cloud service. You’ll learn the capabilities and advantages of the different places you can put machine learning models into production. We’ll also cover the business use cases for major machine learning algorithms such as market segmentation, next best product recommendations, and production forecasting._x000D_

I know what you mean: leveraging graph for linking entities into knowledge base
Entity linking is a cognitive task consisting in connecting entities (i.e., people, places, ...) mentioned in a passage of text to the relevant description in a knowledge base, such as DBpedia. Example applications of entity linking are automatic generation of hyperlinks to augment news articles and trending topics analysis in social media. The task is challenging because it often depends on contextual information, in particular to distinguish synonyms and ambiguous terms. In this session, we show how the quality of answer of an entity-linking service can be improved by applying graph analysis. We also introduce Oracle’s graph technology for quick and efficient development.
